At Al Ittihad Club, we want you to wear our colors with pride and complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your member account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and state the reason.
Prepare the Package
Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all official tags attached before placing them back in the original packaging.
Ship the Items
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
